The minimum number of guests is 15. There is a $1000 subtotal minimum.
Any private residence, business, or venue with adequate outdoor space to set up our mobile kitchen.
Events may last from 2-4 hours depending on specifics. Setup takes about 2 hours and breakdown takes about 1.5 hour.
We serve the following counties: San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz. There is a driving fee dependent on location for events outside of San Francisco.
No. You'll need to coordinate directly with a rental company for any event rental needs (chairs, tables, linens, etc). Setup and breakdown must be done by the venue or an external coordinator.
For $2 per guest, we can provide elegant one-time use plateware (plastic faux china), flatware (plastic faux silver), and premium napkins for food service. We also offer compostable bamboo options. Food service cleanup will be done by our staff.
Tapas are staged and ready for self-serve one hour before the paella is ready. The paella course is buffet style and is served by our staff..
A 20% service charge is added to all events to cover the cost of service staff and is charged on the subtotal. Groups of 21-45 people will have a chef and 1 additional staff. Groups of 46-100 people will have a chef and 2-3 additional staff. There is a $300-$400 chef's service fee for all events. Large events and weddings may be subject to an increased chef's service fee.

All paellas and tapas are naturally gluten free. (Bread served on the side contains gluten.)
All paellas are naturally dairy free. The only tapa with dairy is the Manchego sheep's milk cheese.
We can serve a mushroom risotto as a substitute for paella for a limited number of vegetarian guests.
